Product vs customer service

The products themselves are incredible and appear well made my problem however is that I just received them on the 28th of may when the order was initially placed in February. I tried contacting support through both the email they (weebsterz) provided as well as through their support on the website multiple times. I never heard anything from them so I just assumed I would never receive the packages. The products are great from what I’ve seen but do better with your support probably won’t be buying from them again.
